Kelli Racca, AIA, currently serves as a Project Executive at Bancroft Construction Company since November 2015. Prior to this role, Kelli held various leadership positions within the Christina School District, including Senior Director of Planning Operations and Student Services, overseeing key divisions such as Facilities Planning, Maintenance, and Child Nutrition from July 2005 to October 2015. Kelli also served as Director of Facilities Services/Chief Operating Officer and Supervisor of Capital Improvements within the same district. Earlier experience includes a role as a Consulting Architect at the University of Delaware's Center for Historic Architecture and Design and positions at Buttrick White & Burtis as a Facilities Architectural Planner and Designer. Kelli Racca holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy Urban Affairs Historic Preservation from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
