Eric Plaisance is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in various supervisory roles within the industry. Currently serving as a Superintendent at Bancroft Construction since September 2021, Eric previously held the position of Construction Foreman at Quality Buildings LLC, where the focus was on senior living projects, hotels, and multi-family apartment communities from September 2018 to September 2021. Eric also owned and managed Plaisance Home Improvement from 2013 to 2018, and has worked in various capacities including Crew Leader at Mechanical Services and Construction Manager at Upgrade Home Improvement and Lab-A-Daux. Eric holds an Associate Degree in Building Trade and Construction Management from South Central Louisiana Technical College-Lafourche Campus, earned between 1993 and 1995.
