Fabiano Frade is an experienced financial executive with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving as Superintendente Executivo - Head Comercial at Banco BV since April 2010. In this role, Fabiano leads teams through analytical methodologies to balance deliverables and enhance P&L management in line with the company's strategic planning. Prior to this, Fabiano held various positions, including Gerente Executivo Regional focusing on vehicle financing operations and Gerente de Filial responsible for establishing commercial operations in multiple locations. Fabiano's earlier experience includes Superintendente Comercial at Itaú Unibanco and Gerente Operacional at Banco Dibens.
