Herman Salazar is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in infrastructure and enterprise technology. Currently serving as Vice President of Infrastructure Technology at Santander since June 2024, Herman previously held the position of Vice President of Global Infrastructure & Enterprise Technology at Tradeweb from November 2020 to June 2024. Prior roles include Support Engineer at Millennium Management, Trade Floor Support Analyst and Service Desk Analyst at RBC Capital Markets, as well as a Physics Research Assistant at City University of New York. Herman's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from City University of New York City College, completed in 2013, with research focused on mathematical analysis of complex nonlinear systems.
