Cynthia Sandifer currently serves as the Director and Head of US Operations Quality Control at Santander, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Cynthia has been with Santander Consumer USA since October 2020 as the Director of Business Control & Risk Management. With extensive experience at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from March 1999 to October 2020, Cynthia held multiple significant positions including Business Operations Manager, managing operational oversight of merchant pricing and billing accuracy, and Quality Analysis Manager, where leadership was provided to a team supporting loan operations and call centers. Additional roles at JPMorgan included managing teams for research and credit bureau disputes, overseeing call center operations, and serving as a Senior Underwriter. Early in the career, Cynthia was employed at RITE AID as a Front End Supervisor from 1987 to 1999.
