Juan Antonio Peral Disdier is a seasoned financial consultant and executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors at BANGE SOCIEDAD DE VALORES since July 2023, Juan Antonio also leads as CEO and Founder of Dilodallav, a financial consulting firm operating in Africa, since March 2013. Additionally, Juan Antonio acts as an external consultant for the National Bank of Equatorial Guinea and previously held positions including CEO at General Leasing Corporate and Grupodis, and General Director at Eurapharma, PPR Group. With an educational background that includes an MBA from IE Business School and advanced programs from Harvard Business School, Juan Antonio possesses a strong foundation in business strategy and development economics.
