Delano Valentim Andrade currently serves as the CEO of Banco do Brasil Americas, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Delano held multiple leadership positions at Patagonia Valores S.A. Sociedad de Bolsa, GPAT COMPAÑIA FINANCIERA S.A., and Banco Patagonia from June 2019 to August 2023, including President and Vice President roles. Delano's career at Banco do Brasil spanned from January 2006 to June 2019, where responsibilities included Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Manager overseeing government relations and marketing strategy. Delano holds an MBA in Administration from Unisinos and another in Project Management from UPIS, along with a Bachelor's degree in Administration from UNEB.
