Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business and nutrition. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has worked as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana also practiced as a nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019 and served as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Educationally, Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Management of Businesses from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Licenciatura in Food, Nutrition, and Well-Being from Universidad del Centro de México.
