Rafael F. Martins has over 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure and support roles, currently serving as Coordenador de Infraestrutura at banco BV since November 2013. Rafael has managed diverse teams across Network & Telephony, IT Infrastructure, and Database environments, overseeing 25 members to ensure 24x7 availability and security of the bank's IT systems. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Analyst at BM&FBOVESPA, OSS Engineer at Nokia Siemens Networks, and various technical roles at organizations such as Accenture and Z Tech Informática. Rafael holds a degree in Technology of Information from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho.
