Gláucia Reis is an experienced IT professional currently serving as IT Manager - CoE Agile at Bradesco since August 2024. Prior to this role, Gláucia held the position of Head of Agility at labsit and Via, where significant contributions were made to digital transformation and cultural change initiatives. Notably, at Via, Gláucia was responsible for strategic planning and the establishment of an Agile framework, leading teams and implementing innovative processes.
