Valentina Turco has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Responsabile Talent Acquisition at Sella since January 2021. Previously, Valentina held various roles at Banca Sella from October 2006 to December 2020, including Responsabile Selezione and Responsabile Reclutamento e Selezione. Valentina's career also includes a position at EY from June 2002 to September 2006, where responsibilities included Resourcing & Recruiting for Italy and HR Management for the Central and Southern areas. Prior roles include leading selection and training at ATLANET and working as an HR Specialist at Gruppo Buffetti. Valentina holds a degree in Philosophy from the University of Rome Tor Vergata and has specialized training in Human Resources and Organizational Psychology from the Scuola Romana di Psicologia del Lavoro e dell'Organizzazione.
