Sergio Machnig has over 20 years of experience in human resources management. Sergio has held various leadership positions in companies such as Banca Prealpi SanBiagio Credito Cooperativo, AIDP - Associazione per la Direzione del Personale, Banca del Veneziano, Jabil, Banca IFIS, Riello Group, Veneto Banca, Vodafone IT, and Quaker Chiari & Forti spa. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for activities related to human resources, including recruitment, development, compensation, training, and labor relations. Sergio has also played key roles in organizational turnaround and integration processes. Machnig has experience in the banking, manufacturing, and telecommunications industries, and has worked with both national and international companies.

Sergio Machnig holds a Laurea in Scienze Politiche from Università degli Studi di Padova.
