Stefano Harak is a seasoned digital marketing and customer value management professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Marketing & CVM at Banca Generali since March 2014, Stefano previously held multiple leadership roles there, including Head of Digital Marketing and Head of Banking Products & Digital Experience. Prior experience includes a tenure at Vodafone Italy from June 2008 to February 2014, where Stefano advanced from Online Broadband Product Manager to roles focused on online top-up strategies and CRM enhancements. Prior to Vodafone, Stefano worked as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Industrial Advisory sector and has a strong educational background with a degree in Business Economics from LIUC - Università Cattaneo and additional studies at the Warsaw School of Economics.
