Oana Micsoniu possesses extensive experience in the banking and customer service sectors, beginning with a role as a Sales Representative at Decathlon România from December 2014 to October 2016. Oana continued to advance in the financial industry, serving as a Credit Specialist at Credex IFN from November 2016 to May 2018, followed by a position as a Customer Relationship Specialist at ING from June 2018 to May 2019. Since June 2019, Oana has held various roles at BCR, including Digital Channels Manager, Personal Banker, and Customer Relationship Officer. Oana holds two degrees from the University of Bucharest, one in Human Resource Management and Sociology, and another in Tourism and Travel Services Management and Geography.
