Cristina Dumitru currently serves as an IT Support Analyst at BCR since December 2022, responsible for managing and resolving escalated incidents in the Helpdesk application, utilizing SQL databases for investigations, and collaborating on complex cases. Prior to this role, Cristina worked as a Junior IT Support Analyst at Play Solutions from August 2022 to December 2022, also focusing on incident resolution for BCR as an external employee. Previous experience includes serving as a Referent at The International Centre of Biodynamics for a short term in 2021. Cristina is pursuing a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, following a Bachelor's degree in the same field and completing a pedagogical training course.
