Manisha Amin is a prominent leader in the field of inclusive design and community engagement, currently serving as the CEO and founder of the Inclusive Design Collective since August 2024. In addition to this role, Manisha holds several board positions, including Non Executive Board Member at Diversity Council Australia Ltd and Nautanki Theatre, as well as a Community Advisory Committee Member at the Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) Australia. Manisha has extensive experience in leadership, having previously served as CEO of the Centre for Inclusive Design from November 2017 to July 2024 and Media Access Australia from September 2016 to November 2017. Manisha's commitment to social impact is further demonstrated through volunteer work as a Kindness Coach at Bambuddha Group. As an accomplished author, Manisha published "Dancing to the Flute" with Allen and Unwin, available in various formats. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Communication and Social Inquiry, an MA in Professional Writing, and a Bachelor's in Marketing, all from the University of Technology Sydney.
