Ewa L has experience in strategic project management and employee metrics analysis, alongside coaching managers on employment law and best practices. Previous roles include HR and Recruitment Manager at Integritie and various HR positions at Ramboll and Carnival UK, where Ewa L handled contractual paperwork, crew payments, and employee processes. Ewa L holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with Human Resource Management, both from Solent University.
