Jorge Farfán has a diverse work experience starting in 2009. Jorge began their career at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, where they held roles such as Senior Consultant and Project Manager in the International Advisory Services. In 2012, they joined EY as a Manager and later became a Senior Manager in Investment Banking Advisory, specializing in M&A, Debt & Capital, and Project Finance in North LatAm.

From 2015 to 2017, Jorge was a teacher at ESAN Graduate School Of Business and Universidad del Pacífico, where they taught courses on Merger & Acquisitions, Valuation, and Project Finance.

In 2018, Jorge held multiple board member positions in various organizations including Banco W, Banco Popular, and Bamboo Capital Partners, where they also worked as the Director for LatAm. Jorge served as the Vice Chairman and Board Member at Banco FIE until 2021.
