Bill Lam is an experienced automotive service and sales professional with a diverse background in the performance aftermarket sector. Currently serving as Service Manager at Baltimore Potomac Truck Group since May 2014, Bill has previously held roles such as Assistant Service Manager and has a rich history at Zipper's Performance Products, where Bill developed brand strategies and managed wholesale sales for high-end aftermarket products. Bill began their career at Harley-Davidson of Baltimore, where Bill gained expertise in sales and parts management.
