Kevin Earl Dayhoff has extensive experience in writing, art, and municipal leadership. Since January 2009, Kevin has been a member of Off Track Art, an artistsā collective in Westminster, Maryland. Concurrently, Kevin has contributed as a columnist and reporter for The Baltimore Sun Media Group's Carroll Eagle section since June 2004 and has been publishing a weekly column for The Tentacle since June 2005. Kevin's freelance writing and artistic endeavors date back to 1970, along with a brief tenure as a columnist for the Westminster Advocate. From May 1999 to May 2005, Kevin served as Mayor and member of the Common Council in Westminster, overseeing local governance. Collaboratively, Kevin worked as an artist with Linda Van Hart and Bobby Waddell from 1983 to 1989. Kevin's educational background includes studies in Political Science and Business Administration at various institutions, including Elon University and McDaniel College.
