Charletta McLean, MS-HRD, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Baltimore Regional Housing Partnership since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Specialist at Richcroft Inc. from May 2013 to June 2021 and Human Resources Director at both the Family League of Baltimore (2011 - March 2013) and Emerge Inc. (2001 - 2011). Charletta holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Towson University (2014 - 2015) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a Minor in Legal Studies from Towson University (2001 - 2004). Additional education includes studies at Morgan State University (1993 - 1996) and a High School Diploma from Western High School (1989 - 1993).
