Colleen Helak is an experienced professional in guest experience management, currently serving as the Director of Guest Experience for the Baltimore Ravens since June 2017, after holding positions as Sr. Manager and Guest Services Manager. Helak is dedicated to ensuring fans have memorable experiences at Ravens games and events. Prior to joining the Ravens, Helak was the Recreation Manager at Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort from August 2014 to June 2017, and previously held the same title at Walt Disney World from June 2011 to August 2014. Helak holds a degree in Sports Management from St. John Fisher College, obtained in 2007.
