Candice Ifill is a skilled web and graphic designer with extensive experience in managing and developing websites, particularly on the Drupal content management system. Currently serving as the Webmaster for the Baltimore Metropolitan Council since January 2022, Candice specializes in creating responsive websites and digital content, optimizing search engine performance, and maintaining brand consistency. As a freelance graphic and web designer since January 2012, Candice has successfully architected web and mobile applications, provided visual design and UX/UI development, and enhanced branding strategies for various clients. Previous roles include Web Developer II at Salient CRGT, where Candice led UI/UX design, and Graphic Designer at CRG Studio, focusing on marketing strategies and web design. Candice holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Sir Arthur Lewis Community College and has pursued studies in Communication Sciences at Howard University.
