Liliane Kuitcha, P.E. MSSE, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Transmission and Substation Engineering Projects at Baltimore Gas and Electric, leading teams in designing and engineering major projects for substations. Previously, Liliane held various progressive roles at Exelon, including Lead Responsible Engineer and Senior Engineer, focusing on capital projects, compliance, and engineering deliverables. Liliane’s early career included internships in electrical engineering and software development, complemented by extensive education, culminating in a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
