As Chief of Staff, Tamara is responsible for developing, strengthening, and implementing the organization’s program strategy and managing the program team. She has a deep knowledge of each program and its operations, focusing on program leadership, management and administration, and relationship-building.

Tamara brings her experiences of program design, strategy development, and training expertise to Baltimore Corps' Programs Team. She is fueled by creative possibilities, data-informed iterations, and thought-partnership with others to create equitable landscapes. Throughout her career, Tamara has served youth and families as a teacher, advocate, and coordinating various education-based programming. She has partnered with Teach for America, Urban Teachers, Playworks, and various other non-profits in and outside of Maryland.
