Aretha Smith - Mayfield is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in municipal services. Currently serving as Division Chief at the Baltimore City Department of Transportation since October 2022, Aretha has previously held the position of Superintendent of Utilities & Repair for the City of Baltimore from August 2019 to February 2023. Additionally, Aretha served as Superintendent of Solid Waste at the Department of Public Works for 30 years, from January 1993 to February 2023. Aretha is a graduate of Strayer University.
