Kristian Hudson is an experienced professional in the field of training and quality assurance, currently serving as the Head of Quality at Baltic Apprenticeships since November 2020, previously holding roles including Teaching and Learning Manager and Senior Learning and Development Trainer. Prior to joining Baltic Apprenticeships, Kristian worked as Lead Quality Assurer at Learning Curve Group from January 2019 to October 2020, and as a Property Training Advisor and Internal Quality Assurer at Profound Services from April 2011 to January 2019, focusing on delivering qualifications in Residential Property Letting and Management. Earlier experience includes a role as Benefits Officer at Durham County Council from May 2006 to April 2011. Kristian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Sunderland, completed in 2015, with prior studies at the University from 2002 to 2005.
