Rasa Fokaite started their work experience as a Project Administrator at Aviva Lietuva in October 2007. Their role involved preparing and managing the company's project plan, coordinating risk management practices, and supporting in the preparation of risk management reporting. Rasa worked in this position until July 2013. Rasa then joined Baltic Amadeus, where they initially held the role of Project Manager from July 2013 to October 2016. Rasa later transitioned to the role of Quality and Project Manager, which started in October 2016 and has no specified end date.

Rasa Fokaite has a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Lithuanian Philology from Vilniaus Pedagoginis Universitetas from 2001 to 2005.

In terms of additional certifications, Rasa has obtained several qualifications. Some of these include the "Environmental Protection in Companies 2023 (SDG Forum)" from SDG in March 2023, "FMEA Risk Management" from Bureau Veritas Lit in February 2023, and "P3O Practitioner Certificate in Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices" from AXELOS Global Best Practice in November 2022.

Other certifications include "Environmental Protection in Companies 2022 (SDG Forum)" from SDG in February 2022, "Data Protection Assurance and Risk Management based on GDPR" from Apertumas (Centre of Excellence) in April 2021, and "Employee Personal Data Protection in 2021. Labor Code and General Data Protection Requirements" from Mokymų klubas in March 2021.

Further certifications include "P3O Foundation Certificate in Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices" from AXELOS Global Best Practice in December 2020, "Application of General Data Protection Regulation" from Žinių centras in November 2020, and "CompTIA Project+" from CompTIA in February 2018.

Rasa also has certifications such as "Internal Auditor trainings according to the ISO 9001:2015" from Ekonominės konsultacijos ir tyrimai in September 2016, "Employee Training and Goal Setting" from Lyderystės ekspertų grupė in January 2015, and "Acting Leadership" from Lyderystės ekspertų grupė in November 2014.

Additionally, they have certifications in "Business English Upper-Intermediate A course" from KALBA - edukacinÄ—s rinkos lyderis in March 2009, "Conflict Prevention and Management" from Baltic Personnel Strategy Project in November 2008, and "MS Project 2007 project management system (trainings according Project Management Institute programme)" from Kompetencijos ugdymo centras (Centre of Excellence) in October 2008.
