Normantė Bilotaitė has a diverse work experience in various fields. Normantė started their career as a Clinical Psychology Intern at Vilniaus miesto socialinių paslaugų centras in February 2022. Normantė then worked as an Educational Psychology Intern at Karalienės Mortos mokykla in March 2022. In April 2022, they joined Addelse as an Organizational Psychology Intern. Moving forward, in May 2022, they were promoted to the position of Junior Talent Acquisition Manager at Baltic Amadeus, where they worked until April 2023. From April 2023 onwards, Normantė assumed the role of Talent Acquisition Manager at Baltic Amadeus.

NormantÄ— BilotaitÄ— pursued their education from 2018 to 2022 at Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
