Lauras Dilys has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lauras began their career in 2008 as a Translator at Andresen & Butenschon leidyba, where they specialized in translating technical and scientific texts. After that, they worked as a Sales Manager at Vilnius Trade for a brief period in 2011. In 2012, they joined Blue Solutions as a Junior Assistant. From 2013 to 2021, Lauras worked at iDeal Lietuva, starting as a Customer Service Specialist and then progressing to the role of Senior Technical Support Engineer. Currently, they are employed at Baltic Amadeus as a Junior .NET Developer, where they started in December 2021.

Lauras Dilys has a diverse educational background. In 2007, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Management from Vilnius University. Following that, from 2011 to 2014, they pursued a Master's degree in Advertising Management from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas.

In 2010, Lauras completed an Erasmus program at Fontys Venlo University of Applied Sciences, where they studied Cultural Management.

Later on, in 2020, they obtained certifications in Programming Foundations with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS from Coursera. Additionally, they completed a course in Foundations of Objective-C App Development from the same platform in October 2020.

In their recent educational pursuits, Lauras participated in various coding courses. In 2020-2021, they attended C# (.NET) coding essentials for beginners at Vilnius CODING School. In the same year, they also took courses in .NET, React, JPA, and Spring Boot at Sourcery for Developers / Devbridge. Furthermore, in 2021, they enrolled in the .NET Academy at Baltic Amadeus & Vilnius Coding School.
