Kastytis Venckys began their work experience in 2013 as a Programmer at DATA DOG. Kastytis then joined DTS Solutions in October 2013 as a Software Developer and worked there until June 2021. Currently, they are working as a Java Programmer at Baltic Amadeus since June 2021.

Kastytis Venckys completed their education at the following institutions:

- From 1997 to 2009, they studied at Garliava Secondary School and obtained their Secondary Degree.

- From 2009 to 2013, they attended Kaunas University of Technology, earning a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems.

- From 2013 to 2015, they continued their studies at Kaunas University of Technology and obtained a Master's Degree in Information Systems Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Kastytis Venckys also obtained a certification in "Algorithms: Design and Analysis, Part 1" from Coursera in April 2012.
