Estere Vedrickaite has work experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Baltic Amadeus since October 2021. Prior to that, they held the same role at Asseco Lithuania from January 2019 to September 2021. Before joining Asseco Lithuania, they worked as a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer at Elsis from July 2016 to November 2017.

Estere Vedrickaite obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computing Physics and Modelling from Vilnius University from 2013 to 2018. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification in Certified Tester, Foundation Level from ASTQB - ISTQB in the U.S. - Official Page in April 2022.
