Regis Beauregard has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Regis started at The Square Restaurant in 2001, where they showcased their skills in creating harmonious and elegant dishes. From 2005 to 2006, they worked at The Ledbury Restaurant, a prestigious establishment holding two Michelin stars. In 2006, Regis joined The Ritz London as the Executive Head Pastry Chef, where they managed a team of 16 and oversaw pastry production for multiple outlets. Most recently, in 2013, they became the Head Pastry at Balthazar London, a renowned brasserie in Covent Garden.
Regis Beauregard obtained a BTM degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management/Manager from Lycee Hotelier Challes-Les-Eaux. This educational experience took place from 1997 to 1998.
