Matthias Laurent serves as a Senior Manager at Balthazar since July 2017, focusing on fostering innovation within organizations through purpose-driven transformation, project management, and strategic incubators. Prior to this role, Matthias worked at Sopra Steria Consulting as a Senior Consultant in Change, specializing in digital transformation for the French Department of Defense. Earlier experiences include project management for the Ministère de la Justice, where Matthias led organizational changes and process optimizations, and as a PEER Mentor for the Kaleidoscope Project, fostering social reintegration programs. Matthias holds a Master’s Degree in Criminology from Cardiff University and has degrees in Private Law and Business Law from Aix-Marseille University and The University of Edinburgh, respectively.
