Jessica Orellanes Petrillo has extensive experience in user experience research and content management. Currently serving as a User Experience Researcher and Community Manager at Balsamiq since March 2016, Jessica advocates for users and fosters community engagement. Prior to this role, Jessica worked as a Content Manager at Proa Internacional, where responsibilities included content planning, development, and collaboration with various teams to meet client needs. Earlier experience includes strategic communications at CAF -banco de desarrollo de América Latina-, and customer service at Huawei Technologies. Jessica holds a Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp and a degree from Universidad Católica 'Cecilio Acosta'.
