Alastair Bailey is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in credit management and property finance. Currently serving as Senior Credit Manager at Balmain NB Commercial Mortgages Ltd since July 2023, Alastair previously held the position of Property Director at Mosaic Private, focusing on private credit funding for commercial property investors. At Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Alastair worked as a Senior Property Risk Executive, specializing in senior and structured debt finance for property investment and construction. Prior to that, Alastair was a Senior Credit Partner - Property at National Australia Bank, concentrating on commercial property and development funding. Alastair's career began as a Senior Valuer at McGees Property, where expertise in development feasibility and commercial property investment was developed. Alastair holds a BSc (Hons) in Land Management/Property Valuation and Construction from the University of Reading and completed education at Winchester College.
