Cymone Card has a diverse work experience spanning across different fields, industries, and roles. Cymone worked as a Senior Business Development Representative at BallotReady, leading the customer service team and acting as a customer experience associate at The Financial Gym. Cymone also held the position of Director of Advocacy at Achievement First and a Partnership Success Manager at Murmuration, leading sophisticated data and analytics efforts while providing programmatic support to the political campaigns and organizers. Additionally, Cymone worked as a Policy Analyst at TNTP, a Policy Intern at Start Early, a Finance Fellow at the Illinois State Board of Education, a Summer Associate at MWWPR, and a Community Engagement Coordinator at Kids First Chicago. Lastly, they worked as a Part-time Strategic Planning Coordinator at Equality Illinois.

Cymone Card has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Religious Studies from Gettysburg College, which they received in 2014. Cymone then earned a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Dominican University in 2016. From 2017 to 2019, they attended Loyola University Chicago and earned a Master of Public Policy degree. During the same period, they also earned a Master's degree in Canadian Law/Legal Studies/Jurisprudence from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
