Nick Brown, AIA, is a seasoned project manager and architect with extensive experience in various sectors, including residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and corporate projects. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Ballinger since March 2023, Nick also holds positions as Chair and Vice Chair of the Planning Commission for Abington Township since May 2019. Prior to Ballinger, Nick contributed as an Associate and Project Manager at BLTa—A Perkins Eastman Studio for nearly nine years, overseeing notable projects like the 31-story Dock Street Tower and the 1 million+ sf Live! Casino and Hotel in Philadelphia. Previous roles also include Project Architect at Jacobs/Wyper Architects, where Nick managed significant renovations for corporate clients, and Project Design Staff at Ann Beha Architects, focusing on historic renovations and new constructions. Nick's academic credentials include a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Northeastern University.
