Lars Leafblad is a co-founder and partner at Ballinger | Leafblad, Inc. since June 2014, following a role as Bush Fellowship Program Director at the Bush Foundation from January 2013 to June 2014. Prior experience includes serving as Principal at KeyStone Search from September 2007 to December 2012, and as Director of Development at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs from August 2003 to September 2007. Lars began in 2002 as Interim Assistant Director of Alumni & Parent Relations at St. Olaf College and has held various positions, including Market Development Manager at Four51.com and participating in a Leadership Development Program at GE Capital Fleet Services. Educational qualifications include a BA in Economics from St. Olaf College, an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, and completion of the Young American Leaders Program at Harvard Business School in 2020. Lars is also a qualified administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory as of 2017.
