Dimitris Loulis is a Site Civil Engineer at BALLIAN TECHNIKI SA since November 2021, bringing valuable experience from the Hellenic Army where involvement with the Corps of Engineers in the 32nd Marine Brigade included conducting techno-economic reports, supervising the construction of a metal shelter's foundation, and pre-designing an outdoor parking lot from January 2021 to October 2021. Dimitris holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Patras, completed in September 2020.
