Norma G. currently serves as the Manager of HR Operations and Corporate & IT Recruiter at U-Haul since August 2023. In addition, Norma G. is a Board Member of the Contemporary Council for Ballet Arizona, advocating for arts and dance in the community. Prior experience includes a role as a National Recruiter in Financial Services at TEKsystems, where Norma G. managed the full life cycle recruiting process and led diversity initiatives.
