Alexandra Sarver currently serves as the Director of Operations at Ballet Arizona since July 2022, collaborating with Senior Leadership on business strategies and improving operational efficiency through policy design and implementation. Previously, Alexandra was the New Markets Program Manager at Offerpad, focusing on high-priority initiatives and project management. From January 2018 to October 2021, Alexandra held the position of Education and Community Engagement Manager at Ballet Arizona, utilizing research and analytics to enhance programs and operations while collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Alexandra also has experience as a Dance Instructor at Southwest Ballet Theatre and an Office Manager & Movement Instructor at Kinesphere Center for Movement Education. Alexandra began a career in customer service at Starbucks, where responsibilities included training and process improvement, alongside completing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Communications from Arizona State University.
