Mike Costello possesses extensive experience in the private equity sector, currently serving as Director at Ballast Investments since September 2018, after progressively advancing through roles including Vice President and Senior Investment Associate. Prior to this, Mike held the position of Acquisitions Associate at Meridian for a brief tenure in early 2018, and spent several years at Prologis as both a Senior Financial Analyst and Financial Analyst from May 2014 to December 2017. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Bentley University and has also studied at Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici in 2011.
