Dr. Ranjini Rao is a highly qualified psychiatrist with extensive experience in mental health and addiction services. Currently serving as Deputy Clinical Director in Mental Health at Grampians Health, Dr. Rao also works as a Medical Consultant at Healthscope, where responsibilities include directing the Addictions Behaviour Program and leading the Sublingual Ketamine Program. As an Affiliate Senior Lecturer at Deakin University, Dr. Rao focuses on addictions research. Previous roles include Consultant Psychiatrist at Barwon Health and various leadership positions within training and supervision at the General Medical Council and Health Education and Improvement Wales. Dr. Rao holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MSc in Psychiatry from Cardiff University and Fellowship of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (FRCPsych).
