Sid Earnheart is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in oil and gas law, currently serving at Ball Morse Lowe PLLC since April 2021. Prior to this role, Sid practiced at Hartsfield and Egbert, PLLC from July 2015 to January 2021, focusing on drafting complex title opinions, deeds, and conducting title examinations primarily in Oklahoma and Texas, with an emphasis on the SCOOP, STACK, and Permian regions. Sid has a diverse background, having worked with various organizations as an attorney and legal professional from April 2010 to July 2015, where responsibilities included managing due diligence for significant acquisitions, educating personnel, and overseeing numerous legal cases in areas beyond oil and gas law. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Theology from Southern Methodist University and a J.D. from Baylor University School of Law, complemented by a B.B.A. in Management and Marketing from the University of Oklahoma.
