Taylor has over 40 years of experience in the construction and lumber industries, currently serving as a building manager at Ball Homes since October 2012. Prior to this role, Taylor worked for the Kentucky - Indiana Lumber Company from August 1983 to July 2012 as Assistant to the President, focusing on travel planning and company promotions. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Personnel and Industrial Relations from the University of Kentucky, completed from 1978 to 1981, and attended Murray State University from 1975 to 1978.
