Tom McCarthy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain strategy and corporate development. Currently serving as Vice President and Global Head of Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation at Ball Corporation since April 2016, Tom has held several leadership roles including Vice President of Integrated Business Planning for EMEA and Finance Director for Strategy in EMEA. Previous experience includes a secondment in Corporate Development at Rexam PLC and a significant tenure at Ernst & Young (UK), where Tom advanced from Manager to Director in Transaction Advisory Services. An advocate for community development, Tom contributed to Ashray Akruti, a school for hearing-impaired and disadvantaged children, in early 2009. Tom's educational credentials include an Executive Education program from Harvard Business School, a Chartered Accountant designation from ICAS, and a first-class honours degree in Economics and Maths from the University of York.
