Daniel A. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business excellence and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Director of Global Business Excellence at Ball Corporation since April 2019, Daniel leads the Business Excellence Center within the Global Shared Services unit, overseeing planning, deployment, and maintenance of business excellence systems for a large team. Previous roles include Senior Manager and Manager of Global Business Excellence at Ball Corporation, where significant contributions were made to cultural transformation and strategic project management. Prior experience encompasses positions at Siemens, where productivity and continuous improvement were successfully promoted in various manufacturing settings, and a brief tenure as a Process Engineer at Metecno. Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Quality and Productivity Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and a degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
