Richard Hutchinson is an experienced civil engineering professional with over two decades in leadership roles. Currently serving as Head of OHL Engineering at Balfour Beatty plc since January 2019, Richard previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at Balfour Beatty Utility Solutions from 2000 to January 2019. Richard obtained a BEng Hons degree in Civil Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, graduating in 1999.
