Ozkan Turgutlu is a highly experienced professional currently working for Balfour Beatty plc since February 2015. Prior to this, Ozkan held positions at Balfour Beatty Construction and OZTAS Construction Company. With a strong educational background in Civil Engineering and Project Management, Ozkan has a diverse set of skills in pre-construction management, estimating, cost planning, and bid management. Additionally, Ozkan served as an Artillery Officer & Forward Observer for the Turkish Ministry of Defence - Territorial Army.
